This is what the real Alien fans wanted! Fox/Disney should move forward with the franchise with Alien 5 and bring back Neill Blomkamp. Blomkamp was willing to fix the Alien franchise. Fox just needs to swallow their pride and let Blomkamp move forward with Alien 5 at some point, because this is what the real fans wanted not no damn robot trying to take over the universe. They need to bring back the original Alien story with Ripley if they want Alien to be great again!

Neill Blomkamp, if you read this man I got your back. I myself is a huge fan of the Ellen Ripley character, I only love Alien and Aliens. You are the only person who thought of a story for Ellen Ripley for your Alien sequel. I always did feel that Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection didn't give Ellen Ripley a proper ending, even though I didn't care too much for the last two movies. Neill, Fox should have given you the official green-light!

I am totally disappointed what Ridley Scott is doing with the Alien franchise, instead of doing sequels and continuing with "The original Alien story with Sigourney Weaver as Ellen Ripley." I am a huge fan of the Ellen Ripley character and I would rather see Neill Blomkamp finish her story. Ellen Ripley's story is still waiting in the wings to be completed, and I felt Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection didn't give Ellen Ripley a proper ending.

I’m looking forward to see Blomkamp’s Alien 5 become reality. I never liked Alien 3 and Alien 4 and I’m very disappointed with Scott’s prequels. Please make Blomkamp’s dream come true!

Disney make this movie, since Fox screwed the fans over for Ridley Scott's crappy Alien prequels.

#Alien 5 would have been an incredible movie and a true sequel that should have been made. Please #Foxstudios give us #Alien 5 you owe us #Alien 5 after #Alien Covenant's failure at the box office. Return Neill Blomkamp to direct and return the cast Sigourney Weaver, Michael Biehn, and Lance Henricksen for #Alien 5. No more #Alien prequels.

We didn't need a back story what so ever, or who created the Xenomorphs. All we wanted was the original Alien story with Ripley back and to finish her story. Is that too much too ask?

First of all I am still devastated that Fox didn't go with Neill Blomkamp. It's a shame for Alien fans and for the Alien franchise. I think this would have been an amazing movie. My favorites in the franchise are Alien and Aliens and nothing else. Seeing a direct sequel to Aliens and set in a new timeline where Ripley and her friends are still alive, ignoring Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection. Neill Blomkamp's Alien 5 would have been an amazing story.

Fox should have shown Neill Blomkamp and Sigourney Weaver with more respect. They should have given them the Alien movie "we all wanted!" Alien 5 would have happened if it weren't for Ridley Scott he ruins everything for the fans. Fox should have apologized to Blomkamp and Weaver and to the fans who really wanted too see Blomkamp's Alien 5 and finish Ripley's story on film.
