If Cameron loved the script why can't they redeem the franchise!

Aliens has been my favourite film since I saw it back in the '80s. While Alien 3 has some great elements, please make the sequel to Aliens with Ripley, Hicks, Newt and Bishop that we've all wanted to see for so long!

Cameron's "Aliens" was one of the best movie of the franchise (and my childhood) after "Alien: 8th Passenger". One unique vision, one unique movie. Based on his cinematography and strong sci-fi inspiration, Blomkamp is the only one to bring back this kind of vision today.

YES.
Since seeing the concept art, I have been hopefully awaiting the production and appearance of this as a film.
Mr Blomkamp is a gifted filmmaker, and I feel that we as an audience would be blessed by a film made by him within the Alien franchise.
I truly feel that his vision for the project would breathe new life into the characters following the events of Aliens.
Thank you for your time.

Please, please, PLEASE make this movie! I'd love it if Ripley's story would come to a good ending before I see more of the events prior to her experiences. I grew up watching the Aliens movies and, as a young woman, Ellen Ripley inspired me to be a stronger and more independant woman than I may have otherwise become. She has overcome so much. She deserves the ending as much as we, the viewers, do.

Dear 20th century Fox .
In regards to moving on with Alien 5 , I personally think you should give this the green light. You've got a talented director who himself loves scotts Alien and Cameron's Aliens - you have weaver ready and Michale ready to make this . I think giving Ellen ripley a proper epic send off and moving forward to possibly future films with a new female heroin " Newt " . You would be crazy not to green light this now . Get this moving , ! I mean you invested in the horrible AVP franchise and believe me when I say this but what on earth was fox thinking giving such a horrible film the go ahead . Comeback time for Ripley , Hicks and newt !
