A film that starts from the heart and soul of a true fan is exactly what I want to see after being let down by Alien III and Resurrection. Especially with the expanded universe Fox is already significantly invested in through Prometheus and Alien: Covenant, we need the sequel Aliens deserved, and there's so much going for this.

Please maintain Alien 5! I was so looking forward to halo especially after the short film for halo 3. District 9 was brilliant. To have such an amazing concept for Alien 5 and have such a backing, please maintain completing the film.

Please Please Please give us 'Alien 5'
Alien 3' broke my heart by killing off Hicks and Newt in such a cruel way
And I don't see the point of a trilogy of prequels to Alien.

This project grabbed at the hope of fans all over the world after the pathetic ending to a unique and intelligent saga.
I truly hope Neill tries to force this issue home.

Not only does Neil Blomkamp have a talent for directing excellent sci-fi movies, but the alien franchise needs a better ending than Alien: Resurrection. This is the director that could accomplish that and do it in style and captivate a new generation of alien fans.

We need this movie. Huge fan of 1+2 and to a degree 3. Although would be more than happy to forget 3+4 if a new awesome follow up to aliens is made.
