This is one of my favorite franchises....along side with Halloween, Child's Play, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Friday the 13th, and the Scream franchise. But any way..... FOX this movie just has to happen, bring back Ripley, Hicks, Newt and Bishop back into the original stories, as much as I heard how every one hated Alien Covenant. The first two Alien films are awesome I could never get tired of watching those, but 3 and 4 were big let downs, Sigourney Weaver needs to reprise her role as Ellen Ripley one last time before she retires. ALL FANS OF HORROR THERE IS A SCREAM 5 PETITION IF ANY ONE WISHES TO SIGN IT, IF PEOPLE ARE INTERESTED IT'S IPETITIONS.COM SCREAM 5.

It would be a shame not to make this movie. It'll sell whether it's good or not. It would be just plain fun. If they don't, they'd regret it down the road.

After just sitting through Covenant and it's 'just meh' story that did little to make me excited for yet another prequel that waxes poetic about creation and philosophy without adding any substance, I'd just really like to enjoy another film in this franchise that doesn't try to be "existentialism with gore". The first two Alien movies are classics- we need another installment that uses what made those great and build upon it, and it looks like Alien 5 has the right idea

The Prometheus series is so so but we need to overwrite the crap of alien 3 and 4 and get back on track. More alien v. predator would be nice also

As a true fan of the Alien saga I can say I have not enjoyed Prometheus and I don't have much interest in going to see Alien: Covenant either. I have been very much looking forward to Alien 5 by Neill Blomkamp since the idea was first announced. The idea with the original actors sounded truely interesting. I am greatly disappointed to hear it's been cancelled and in hopes of this project eventually seeing the light of day I sign this petition.

More space marines and Ripley storyline continuation and less of the backstory of the Xenomorph. The alien becomes much less fearsome with this prequel backstory nonsense. If the prequels were about the engineers then fine.. but they're not... so I want more REAL alien movies about the Ripley timeline of events and continuation of that story.

Oh for god sake! What is wrong with the people at FOX? Why didn't you back up Neill Blomkamp's Alien 5 instead of Ridley Scott's ridiculous Alien prequels? If the people at 20th Century Fox can under stand this we the fans did not ask for the prequels Ridley Scott just threw that upon you the studio because he did not want any one taking over the franchise this is crazy on FOX's part! People at 20th Century Fox should have given Alien 5 a go instead of the stupid prequels, and from what I heard Alien Covenant did not please at all with the fans. That's it I am done with "ALIEN" unless FOX decides to Green-Light Neill Blomkamp's Alien 5 other than that I am done.... Bye, Bye

Dear Ridley Scott and 20th Century Fox.... Fans want to see a proper continuation with James Cameron's Aliens with Ripley, Hicks, Newt and Bishop. Stop wasting time with the Alien prequels, Alien Covenant did not make any sense. Please every one at 20th Century Fox allow Neill to make this film a reality. James Cameron's Aliens was the first and last greatest film in the franchise!
