An interchange at Granny White Pike is a terrible idea; it would fundamentally and permanently change an historic, walkable part of the City where green areas and parks keep the hometown feel of Nashville more than just a memory.

this is just not practical. Does anyone who is on the Planning Commission have any common sense? Or live in the neighborhood? Or have walked around the neighborhood? All three things would be beneficial.

Both unnecessary and potentially harmful to 12 South traffic flow.

Such an exit off of 440 will effectively bring traffic on 12 South Ave. to a standstill. It is already under great pressure as it is. A highway exit here would also lower the quality of life in an area that has undergone a great revival in recent years, a great urban success story for Nashville. The highway exit would put this at risk

Our neighborhood cannot support the extra traffic due to bad planning on the part of Green Hills. Displacing the current park just does not make sense and 12th is too crowded with traffic as it is. Thank you

Do not put an i440 exit at Granny White. It will destroy my neighborhood.

As a resident of Clayton Ave, I am deeply worried about the possibility of an interchange going in on Granny White Pike. In the past two years, we have seen our street change from a sleepy side street facing the park to a busy, dangerous road that is often lined with cars both parked and moving. Many of the traffice are motorists atttempting to avoid the oft busy 12th S. Ave. I cannot imagine how this part of the neighborhood could handle the influx of traffic that is sure to come if entrances and exits to the interstate were placed here. Beyond that, our neighborhood is so quickly growing and becoming more and more developed. So many were excited to have the Gale Lane Park go in to return a bit more of the neighborhood feel. What a waste to have this newly funded park removed to futher clutter the area. Please consider those living in the direct vicinity and how this would effect them on a daily basis.
