1) This is simply too many homes equating to too much traffic for both Hampton Boulevard and Chulio Road.
2.) The water system in this area will be unable to handle this many homes. Water pressure here is already an issue in our area.
3) Lot size for these homes is not even 1/4 acre and that does not include any green space whatsoever. These homes would have to lower property values in this area and with no green space would also greatly affect all of the wildlife here as well.

This subdivision would cause more trouble than it’s worth besides filling up someone’s pockets! The roads all around this are not designed for traffic like that to be on …plus these micro subdivisions seem to be popping up everywhere lately and your taking away from the natural wildlife all around and cutting down too many trees and ruining the woods around people s house and just bringing in more issues!

We do not need more traffic on an already too busy Chulio Rd. nor do we need anymore thru traffic speeding up & down our neighborhood streets in Hampton East & Hampton Preserve.

I lived directly on Chulio Road and traffic is bad enough without adding 1018 homes. People drive incredibly too fast down the road. The wildlife will be negatively affected as well.
These homes will be elbow to elbow..
