I agree that before such development goes forth, mitigation of traffic should be examined.

The streets of Hampton East and Hampton Preserve were built to handle traffic for residents of the neighborhoods. We are already seeing a significant increase in thru traffic exceeding the speed limit making it dangerous for residents, especially our children. Adding a neighborhood of this size would pose dangers to our residents, some of whom have enjoyed our peaceful section of Floyd county for more than 20 years.

Local roads cannot handle this influx of homes! Too many people in one tiny area!

These little country roads can't handle a subdivision of this size. The roads are already dangerous with the amount of traffic that they have.

PV Rd not Boyd Rd can handle the traffic. Dangerous intersections with Children. Families in the yards. Not enough Rd footage. No traffic lights. School traffic. All issues against any housing being added

100% agree with this petition and the documented comments regarding a new neighborhood of that size impacting the area. Another concern would be the school(s) that would be impacted by growth- can they accommodate this type growth?

AMEN! Chulio Road is already extremely congested. I’ve requested at least a right turn lane off Chulio to alleviate the back up every morning but that cannot even happen.
