Very worried about traffic on Chulio. This road is barely capable of handling traffic currently. Adding upwards of 1000-2000 more vehicles is a recipe for disaster.

I Strongly Protest the development of the proposed homes being built off of our rural roads. It will only result in a Negative impact to our safety and Quality of life.

I stand Firmly against the development of a thousand homes in our neighborhood!

This proposed development is absolutely the WORST think that could possibly happen to this area! The rural fauna, wildlife and entire area would be devastated by the destruction of natural terrain. Not to mention constant media HARPING about climate change-THIS CAUSES CLIMATE CHANGE! What on EARTH are you people thinking? Who are the politicians profiting from such a blight to this community? This area can NOT sustain such a development without major NEGATIVE impact to our safety due to traffic and increase in crime.

We agree with the petition and this would destroy our peace and quiet with gridlock and accidents on our narrow roads.

There is no way this area can safely support this or should. Also, annexing part of Silver Creek to make this happen? Kiss my a** NRS Properties Inc. as well as Scott & Susan Elam.

This would be an overwhelming negative change to our community and we don’t want this. It would bring crowding and crime to the area.

I recently moved to my house on 7 acres that is right next to where this proposed housing is located. I moved here to get away from the suburban life and to enjoy the pace and feel of being in the country. I already had a major septic system issue when I moved in and do not feel that having a housing development is safe or the right thing to do. I am strongly against this proposal and the safety, road, water, traffic and environmental impact that is only NEGATIVE this would bring. Please do NOT let this proposal pass! Thank you
