This area cannot support the proposed number of homes and the increase in population it brings with it.

No to this big disturbance in our area a lot of elderly live there and the up tic in crime and traffic would not be worth it. Not to mention the reduction in property value.

This will create a watershed problem This will readjust wildlife Just look at a Sunday at 11:45 on Pleasant Valley Rd traffic at 101 then multiplied by 100 minimum What engineer will put their bond up to say this is a good plan ❓ Then add the bypass to the plan All is a nightmare of utility traffic and resources

We are running out of beautiful land and peaceful areas for people greedy hungry for money. Without peace there is no good in life. Who's to say they would even take care of the property. Anything I've ever seen in Rome is run down within a year of remodel or operation by occupants and bad management.

This area would not be able to sustain that many homes and traffic flow on Chulio Rd!

Absolutely outrageous and completely ridiculous to take that beautiful place and turn it into a mini Atlanta!

Additional traffic as well as high density housing will create too many problems. Problems

This is true about significantly straining the environment. Not a good place for lots of new homes.
