Why can’t they use any of the thousands of acres on each side of 411 between Rome and Cartersville for this subdivision?. There have been property for sale signs for the past 40 years in those areas.

Has our congressman Marjorie GReen been contacted for help with this important issue? I’m concerned that Rome or county may increase our property tax in retaliation for lost tax revenue that would have been collected from developer and new residents. If we win our petition there is this potential negative result and Mr Green may be able to stop it.

I oppose to this new development. We have enough traffic now, with surrounding counties utilizing our roads for easy access to 411. Pleasant Valley Rd is in the county. I love living in this country area. If I wanted to live in the city, I would. When will city limits ever end? NO more sub divisions to take away our beautiful trees and wildlife. Go somewhere else! Your development isn't wanted HERE!!!

Chulio is our access to Rome. The curvy, mountain-like roads would be very dangerous with additional traffic.

There are to much traffic on Boyd Valley as there is . There is barely enough room for 2 cars .Boydvalley has enough traffic is already dangerous for our children we do not need anymore by passer !

These roads need to be preserved the way are. There is not enough room for a lot of traffic to pass through. This is a country setting and a lot of wildlife as well live here. These roads are very narrow and curvy and with a lot of traffic could be the cause for potential damage of existing homes and vehicles.

Not only would this impact the traffic on the rural roads, but please consider the additional impact on Hwy. 101, already a dangerous road!

These roads are dangerous enough as it is. The last thing we need is for that much growth in this area. Keep the land the way it has always been, peaceful and quiet.
