We DO NOT want this to happen to our area

The water pressure is already poor, culverts are not maintained, streets are narrow, mailboxes are knocked down due to the narrow roads. I could go on and on. It’s ridiculous to consider inserting that many houses into such a small area.

Please preserve this location! Such a beautiful location and no need to overcrowd it with houses! Very dangerous location where it’s placed as well!

These roads are already dangerous enough with what we have going on out here now. We’re sick of the loggers ruining our roads and running us off them as they’re pushing through.

The residents of Twickinham do not want this near us. Chili’s road could not possibly accommodate the traffic this would cause.

There is not enough infrastructure to accomodate all those houses. If you think traffic in East Rome is bad now just wait. Oh lets add an additional 2000 to 3000 cars. Plus this is a rural area , it is county as well. If i wanted to live in a city or even Rome , i would do just that. The city needs to quit trying gobble up all the areas. plus i wouldnt want my kids to have to go to Rome City Schools.

The addition of this development will decrease safety on our already congested roads especially in the mornings and evenings, and will have a detrimental effect on our quality of life, our land, trees, and wildlife.

This are is not developed enough to have an additional 1-2.5 thousand vehicles in the area. In 10 to 15 years of development maybe the infrastructure will be in place but till then it’ll impede traffic and all the newcomers to the area. Roads get bad in winter, so how many people are going to have to die until it’s built up right? One I cry road and thousands of people in a hurry will be cause for pilesups and head on collisions. It’s unsafe and unwise to place this new community here.

The increase in traffic (that Chulio Rd. is not set up to handle) and the loss of wetland habitat is unacceptable. Why contribute to unnecessary sprawl and the damage that comes along with it?? I was born and raised across from that valley and my parents still live there. The value of that area of Chulio Rd. comes from 100 years of responsible residential building along side wildlife habitat maintenance. This project will end all of that and reduce the value of the area as a whole. Please find an area that wants this development because the residents of and around Chulio Rd. do not!

I am concerned about the loss of trees that would eventually lead to flooding in low lying areas, as well as the demise of the rural landscape.
