Let's consider more open spaces preservation while paving and building. We have an opportunity and a responsibility to be stewards as community residents. Preservation promotes environmental quality, disaster mitigation, local food production, etc. Let's consider what the future will look like unless we fight for open space preservation and due diligent development. Why settle for what the developers think?

There is plenty of retail space in this area including a new retail space off Hwy 55 which still is still not leased out.

We definitely do not need another shopping center. The one off 55 has everything we need. With another huge shopping center comes even more housing developments that we just don't need. Our schools can't handle the growth. We specifically moved to Cary Park for the wide open spaces and nature all around. Let's preserve that!!!!!!
