This will create a lot of traffic on Northlands drive posing a hazard for a lot of young children who bike and play here. Hence, I strongly oppose the re-zoning.

I think we've seen enough trees cut down & big box companies set up shop. We have the monster development off 55 that hasn't come close to filling up. Unless it's a locally owned / unique business, we do not need another pharmacy or fast food joint.
