Wake up City Hall and pay attention to what is going on in our city. That is what you are being paid to take care of. The well being of all the citizens of Lethbridge.

Although I am sympathetic with those suffering and an advocate for safe injection sites, I do agree our city’s officials need to be regulating this. The system in place is clearly not effective enough to protect all citizens, what is the next step and where are our taxes going to structure this?

I hope and pray something is done about this right away! It's getting way too out of hand in this city , it's our children we worry for .

Needles should only be given out as a used one is returned. The safety of our residents is being compromised.

Does someone have to die or get seriously ill before something gets done about this?

I am a former resident of Lethdridge and, as such, I take the cities well being to heart. It saddens me that the circumstances in Lethdridge has worsened over the years. But, I see it everywhere. I experienced this same situation outside my daughters elementary school so I understand the feelings of helpless parents. This has to stop. This has to be controlled. And the revolving door in courts must end. Junkies must be made to pay for their actions. As it is now, a child pays for the inability of our justice system to meat out deserved penalties. Simply put, there's no consequences for endangering societies most vulnerable citizens.

Leta gather up all the used needles and deliver to the mayor. Not a joke. Maybe then seeing it close up and then having to touch them himself something will be done.

Needles shouldn't just be given out. Keep the community safe from an outbreak of diseases.

Our safety should matter more than these drug users right to clean supplies!!! I will not be bringing my children into Lethbridge to play at the parks anymore.

The solutions are here. No needles should leave the facility. The problem has gotten worse since the site opened.

Please protect our children and adjust the safe injection site to actually be safe for all citizens by not allowing these needles to go off site
