Five hundred people joined this fight to demand the State of Nebraska actually respect our constitutional rights. The bureaucrats in the capital have been ignoring the tenth amendment for far too long and this is proof that we are tired of their excuses.

Finally someone is doing something about this. Keep our state sovereign!
About time. Fed gov has way to much control over our lives.
10th amendment matters!! quit letting them tell us how to run our state government.
The constitution is clear on this but nobody in DC cares anymore. hope this resolution actually changes things back to how they should be.

Enough with the federal overreach. Nebraska needs to stand up for itself and stop letting DC walk all over our rights.
