absolutely disgusting way to treat a town that's already in decline.I park in Milan road six days a week it's now going to cost me £ 936 a year before I open my shop as business owner we need help to promote this once healthy town not force people into out of town shopping areas

No wonder there are so many shops closing down in Neath, it is so hard to find a free parking space, and the cost of parking charges increased. We went out for Sunday Lunch in Town to come out after a lovely meal and find a parking ticket on our car. We wasn't aware that you could get booked on a Sunday. More money in the council pot!!!!

Seems our Council are trying to make Neath an urban town of housing developments and no shopping for the occupants. Neath going to become a ghost town for shopping shortly

enough people bi-pass neath and go straight to fforestfach/morfa etc as it is because they can park so close to shops and do so for free! I honestly think our council want to just turn our shops into houses/flats! cant believe they've increased to parking to £3.30 per day now!!

what car parks are provided in the town, there also needs to be more disabled parking and less taxi parkingfor those of us who cant walk from one side of town to the other

I avoid town centre for many reasons, but one is street parking and the ever searching parking pirates called traffic wardens who are only to happy to stand next to a car as it's ticket is about to expire,

In times when money is tight, parking should be made easier for all not harder, and the machines do not give change, which makes the cost that much higher. Retail parks, and online shopping is cheaper, the town will die out...

I wonder if they're trying to kill the town centre off to force people to use the new stores that they've been promising for years, but yet start, so that they can sell the existing town centre off to build more homes.
