We are sick of this! I would much rather see the money go into the pockets of local traders, especially the ridiculous rates and rents they pay. i have to admit, that we will often go to Morfa instaed of Neath now.

Control of Town Centre parking has to be taken away from the Council for the town to become the regional shopping centre

It's ridiculous that you can park all day in one of Swansea's Park & Ride facilities for £2.50 practically all day and ride into town to such a huge variety of shops yet you try to park in you're home town and you're charged more but getting less. You can't blame the locals from wanting get to shop elsewhere and you will see a huge fall in trade if charges are brought in on Sundays

When Blue badge holders are not allowed to park in on street bays and disabled bay all day 24/7 I will agree this will free up lots of parking space and increase people into town

its a sad state of affair when the council appears to discourage shoppers and visitors to their town centres by charging exorbitant parking fees and not even provide decent paved areas to leave your vehicles. shame on those elected!!
