The City of Raleigh does NOT have the infrastructure to add more junk housing. The Citizens of Raleigh do NOT have the patience to deal with more dangerous traffic, constant sirens, increase of crime, blatant lawlessness!

Wrong community for this type of complex. Out of place. Will drive down property values. Strong opposition.

This is too much density for this area. This type of density does not belong there.

We do not need another apartment complex. We need more food/shopping for this area.

Please reconsider!! There is already enough traffic at that corner.

I do not agree with placement of a multi story apartment building in this area. The amount of traffic through this intersection would be detrimental to the area and the single family homes nearby. It would also increase noise in the area and disturb nearby neighbors.

This proposal will bring too much traffic in insufficient space. It will also decrease the property value of the surrounding homes.

The pedestrian accomodations made during the lidl installation on the opposite corner demonstrate the lack of respect for surrounding residents and unwillingness to hinder traffic on new hope or buffaloe(by adding a completed crosswalk intersection in the case of lidl). I see no proof this disregard for current residents has changed and nothing that states they can handle the hundreds of additional cars they plan to add to the area. They made their motives and view clear with the last addition to the intersection. They don't care about us. The intersection cannot handle more traffic. Go find somewhere else to build.

I don't think this is a good fit for this area. Too dense. Buffaloe road is already starting to get congested and the 2 developments closer to 540 aren't even done yet.
Not sure if expansion of that part of the road is in the works, but there's already too much traffic. Scale it down.

Please understand that this beautiful a d enjoyable neighborhood, where neighbors actually become acquainted and look out for one another and live on a very friendly basis one with another, would be greatly hampered by such changes as have been proposed. Let’s think this through.

I strongly disagree with the idea of putting 3-4 building on this land. The idea alone is pointless and useless for the neighborhood

We do not have any tall buildings in this entire area. It should be kept that way.

This will increase unnessisary traffic for surrounding residents and "clog" our area which is now a comfortable minimal traffic. There are also other apartments on the east side of New hope; and adding more on the corner of Buffalo and New Hope is just not practical. I strongly recommend building a community park that could positively benefit the community instead.

3 or 4 story building of any kind is not appropriate for this location.

I used to live down the road from this intersection, and I still drive by there every day taking my child to daycare. I shop at that Lidl weekly. Putting a large building on that corner is a terrible idea that is detrimental to the balance of the neighborhood. Why must every development tear down the few remaining trees and green areas we have left in east Raleigh, when there are so many abandoned and rundown buildings on the New Bern corridor that could be replaced or repurposed and would also revitalize the area.

I live less than a mile from this intersection and would be saddened and frustrated by this extremely out of place high rise apartment complex. While I understand housing is an issue for Raleigh, there are other locations where this might fit better.
