This is the 3rd most dangerous intersection in Raleigh! More congestion in such a small area is not the answer. Nor is this huge complex that is in a suburban area with low rise homes. It’s not a good fit for the area.

Traffic is already horrible. I live near the 540/Buffalo Rd area and there is new development on our end as well. Already can take me up to 15 minutes to get from River Landings Dr to 540 during certain hours of the day.

Enough building and start expanding the road. New townhouses near Stone Ridge and the BP gas station on Buffaloe. Roads can't support any more building.

This intersection cannot handle this project. No one living here now will be happy and no one will want to live in this apartment complex if they can't get.in and out!!!!

There is far too much traffic at this intersection as it is. The city has no plans to make any improvements to Buffalo Rd, which needs to be done all the way to 540. An additional 700 cars trying to get on Buffalo or New Hope Rd is a disaster in the making. Plus we have far too many apartments being built within a five mile vicinity. No more apartments!

Traffic is already congested in this area. Two additional subdivisions are being developed further up on Buffaloe towards the 540. Buffaloe narrows down to one lane each direction between Southall and the 540 and commute traffic is already horrendous on this stretch of roadway. Additional renters needing to travel to/from the 540 will make an already bad traffic situation significantly worse. I oppose this development plan.

That area is too crowded with people and traffic. Plus a multi level building doesnt fit with the surrounding single family homes.

Very ill advised development for the surrounding community. It would add too much traffic. It would change the neighborhood for the worse. Our investment in our community would loose value at the same time when our increased property taxes help make these harebrained ideas possible. Support your constituents. There are better more responsible ways ways this property can be developed.
