Please do NOT put anymore housing in this area - this intersection is congested enough - it is a nightmare.

Do NOT build high rise apartments in our suburban neighborhood.

Adding this number of residents at this corner will only make a bad intersection worse.

Putting a structure like this on the corner of New Hope and Buffaloe is a terrible idea. Our family is totally against it.

This is definitely the wrong project for this location. This area needs more small retail.

I join my neighbors in opposing the re-zoning of the corner of New Hope and Buffalo roads. The traffic on New Hope is already too fast and dangerous. Adding 350 unit apartment complex will only exacerbate this problem. Also, the destruction of the micro-climate with the addition of more asphalt is counter to our community's suburban feel.

There is no way a complex should be built on that corner! That intersection has been dangerous for years even before the Lidl was put there. Nothing more should be built there.

The traffic situation on N New Hope Road has worsened, especially in the past year. It is too often used as a speedway which creates hazardous conditions for motorists, pedestrians and residents. Until that is addressed and corrected, I feel that future projects which will put additional vehicles in the area should be curtailed.
Additionally, the area has sufficient retail stores to meet the needs of the community.
Thank you for considering my input.

I do not think Apartment complex would be the way to go because the traffic is a Bear on that part of Buffaloe Road.

I am voting against this. Retail businesses is a much better idea for this area.

Bad idea to put apartments there. I was born and raised it Raleigh and traffic is already crazy in that area.

Stop this re-zoning! We don't need/want 350 new units on this already busy thoroughfare!

As a long time resident of the Hedingham Subdivision which has over 2,000 homes, what's needed in the location in question is retail and not more housing. Why? The traffic is already dangerous and bringing in more housing/vehicles will not improve my community.

An apartment complex is the worst use of this property. Our community would benefit greater from retail/restaurant space which is needed!

Too dense a population in this area as it is!
I am in opposition of Z-45-2030.
