This is not a good fit for the area.

Traffic is already bad and new development would be an eyesore and disrupt current neighbors.

No. Will not inhance our area, only devalue it.

Absolutely not! There are too many accidents, too much traffic, too much reckless driving and too little traffic enforcement as it is. Please consider the plight of those living here and the decreased quality of life that this will lead to.

Would be too much congestion.

Could this space be used for less than 350 units? The space & surrounding area is pretty saturated & I’m not sure the roads can absorb that many people. And is it even safe?

Please reconsider for the better of our community.

Strongly against more apartment complexes in this area. Already car congested. Does not fit the area, seems like Raleigh is getting a chopped up, Hodge podge look about it. Empty lot, build on it, does not matter what it is, just build so city can get increased tax base.

Our representatives need to work for the people in their district and consider the impact development has on the public.

We don’t need another apartment community. There are three going in now. With traffic it’s already very hard for us to get in and out of our driveway.

At present, Buffaloe - New Hope already backs up past Louisburg rd at rush hours, and Buffaloe - 540 backs up onto 540 and 4+ cycle delay on. It is still a county road, dense city zoning will be a disaster!

Do not put apartments at that corner.
