this is not right and was something the car dealerships convinced the government to do buy a truck off one of the islands and usually it is not worth 1/4 of what they want taxes for but the insurance companies won`t give you the price the government wants taxes on

These "bureaucrats " tried to charge us 15% tax on the full price we paid for a vehicle we bought 3 years ago out west ... when we brought it back to nb . Ridiculous ! It's not worth the same as when we bought it ... money grubbing morons .

It's time for this to stop. They should understand that the more money we have in our pockets, the more money we will spend on other things.

Paid 900$ taxes on a car i bought for 1000$ thats rediculous.

Purchased a car for $3000 and I had to pay the tax on over $8000! Tax bill was around $1100 or 37% of purchase price. Ridiculous. The same car 6 month later is now worth 2000 on a trade in at a used car dealer.

If the people don't push back this government and others will continue to keep taking from the poor and give to the rich! At what point will people say enough!!!!
