Despite having bloodwork and other tests, it wasn't until I took my son to a naturopath (and a urine test there) that we had results. Please do not take away the laboratory tests that they can run.

The only reason I feel good today is from the health care I have received through naturopathic medicine. It is to everyone's benefit to allow Naturopaths access to all forms of testing if it means the population is healthier and using less of tax payers money to support traditional medical care.
Naturopathic medicine has changed my health, and because of that, I am not a burden to the healthcare system. I suspect that by continuing this lifestyle, I will remain healthy for a long time. I am disgusted at how our the Ministry is treating this health care profession. Shows that its time to make a change, and get those out who wear blinders and cannot see past their nose. Welcome to the 21st century where preventative medicine is the medicine of the future. Good greif!

I am sad to hear that natural paths are not being recognized as Health practioners and that their abilitty to run blood work and have access to labratory testing is rediculous. They have helped me more so than most doctors in the Canadian medical system. Reconsider your positon as Natural paths are a vital part of our Medical System and should be treated as such.

we should be allowed to chose to proactively take care of our health and if thateans my ND needs to run tests to help me that should be absolutely permittrd. please dont limi their ability to help us. As theu have helped me and my family tremendously. Please dont limit their prctice rather recognize that hey can work with allopathic dr and help people.

Naturopahtic medicine has been life changing for me. Naturopathic doctors practice wonderful preventative medicine which will save the health care system significant sums in years to come. Why restrict something so effective?

I only use naturopathic medicine treatments because it was the only time that my health issues were addressed and I actually saw positive results. Being that this type of health care is private, I do not see why these practicing diagnostic tools, which allows them to better address there patients, should be limited.

I have received more help from naturopathy than any conventional doctor and I have seen many conventional doctors! Most conventional docter's look at you sideways as if things are all in your head, naturopathic doctors listen well and work on the root of the problem instead of sending a person on their way masking symptoms with more pharm. drugs that often make things worse in other ways. The system needs to change....stop taking people's rights away.....this is supposed to be the land of being strong and free.....so please give us the freedom to choose what is right for ourselves before we all end up really overburdening the health care system and spending so many tax dollars doing so.

My naturopathic doctor supported me through my aortic valve replacement surgery and I attribute my speedy recovery to all the guidance and treatments she gave me before, during and after surgery.
