Petition of Redress for People of Color in the United States of America

The United States of America's legacy of racism and the blatant oppression and subjugation of so-called black and or people of color is a crime against humanity and subject to review by the International Criminal Court. The aforementioned people are a people of multi-ethnic descent but distinctly having heritage of African descent and such people are referred to in the United States of America demographics as Black, African American, Black Hispanic, Brown, Hispanic, Cape Verdean and the like.

The undersigned citizens of the United States and other countries concur that the unprecedented loss of life, discrimination, injustice and the legacy of chattel slavery must be addressed by the nations of earth. And that the United States of America's failure to grant relief and moreover continued oppression and suppression of said people is institutionalized and is incapable and or unwilling to offer relief.

Therefore we the undersign declare this necessity and request under the auspices of the Rome Statute, that the International Criminal Court begin investigation into the racist and institutionalized injustices and practices in the United States of America that constitute a permanent refugee status of said people, a penal colony of said people and the slow genocide against said people.

This petition of declaration is affirmed by the undersigned.
