RACISM is: A bias elitist inculcated system of promulgated discrimination, oppression, disenfranchisement and disparity based on the pigmentation and ethnic traits of a people which consequently and subsequently breeds hatred of that group.

A RACIST is: A person/people who nurtures vile venomous abhorrence against a people based on their pigmentation and ethnic traits; and who perpetuates biasness, prejudices, discrimination, persecution, condemnation and disparity based on the pigmentation and ethnic traits of a people. Further, a racist has a profoundly rooted phobia, envy, inferiority complex of that particular race/ethnicity based on their pigmentation and ethnic traits.

"SYSTEMIC RACISM" is: the promulgated and permeated honeycombed system of: structural racism, organized racism, institutional racism, liturgical racism, curricular racism, political racism, executive racism, legislative racism, judicial racism, economic racism, military racism, cultural racism, societal racism, historical racism, generational racism and filibustering.
