The National Lawyers Guild is a professional organization for lawyers committed to the principles of social justice and advocating as “the people’s lawyer.” The NLG's mission is to work with and support movements addressing the rights of the houseless, racial and gender discrimination, political repression, environmentalism, labor rights, mass incarceration, immigrant rights, and much more.
As a student chapter of the NLG, our work will focus on hosting discussions to expand our understanding of the law in relation to social justice, serving as a legal resource for local communities’ organizing efforts, and collaborating with other student organizations on shared issues.

Meetings with the administration are ongoing. The feedback from the student body remains focused and sharp.
