Were you reading the manga only to see a romantic scene between Naruto and Sakura? Maybe you were expecting that the last chapter ended with a wedding between Naruto and Sakura with a big kiss, and then some months later Sakura gives birth to Naruto's baby like I've seen in countless illustrations around the internet. Or maybe you were expecting to see Naruto and Sakura hugging and kissing each other in each chapter in each tankoubon. If it was romance what you were looking for, look somewhere else. Didn't you read chapter 700, it was all shojo fan service. Also many people now are going to anticipate the new spin-off just for the pairings and I'd bet that there's going to be plenty of fanservice. If naruto had ended it chapter 699 then it'd be appropriate to leave the romances aside but looking at how they're trying to milk the cow dry, this won't be the case.
