Sorry but "she confessed to naruto" we watched the same anime right? The reason behind her confession was obviously stated so that point is irrelevant. "Just because naruto gets married with hinata doesn't mean that narusaku can't be a thing before that. " That could have also happened although it looked highly unlikely.(sasuke was back and all). TO DIANA AND OTHERS If every ending was altered according to every fans taste then there won't be any point in the story. Besides I can't really understand this. Do you people lack common sense? There is 100% chance that even with a 1000 votes nothing would happen. If it makes you feel better, imagine your ending. This manga, isn't based on parings to begin with and people are complaining about such petty things. Even, if you so-called naru-saku fans were to stop watching naruto, it wouldn't make or break this anime. This isn't twilight or the notebook. I would have understood (I wouldn't want to change it but at least it would have been understandable) if the ending was something like sasuke ending up being hokage as that's THE POINT OF THE STORY, but this is just pathetic and only people who don't have any capacity to reason would support this. Let me just put out there that any ending would have been fine. However, I would give you clear reasons why this ending is also acceptable. Firstly, sakura was nothing more than a crush to naruto. How many of you actually end up with your childhood friend/lover? Naruto always knew that sakura had strong feelings for sasuke, if you actually watched the anime you would see that there was a distance in their relationship as they grew older. Even though the hina-naru moments weren't enough, they were arguably the more defining moments. Hinata vs neji ( naruto cheering her on). Naruto vs pain (hinata coming to save him). Naruto vs obito ( hinata snapping him back to reality). And if you are female, put yourself in their shoes. Do you think this ending would have been better-off if naruto ended with sakura? If nothing else in the story was changed except the pairings, how would you as sakura have felt? Because it won't have affected naruto or sasuke that much. How would hinata have felt? You could argue that naruto had feelings for hinata from age 10 to 16yrs (till the end of the war). But how about after that

To the melodramatic Jan: The ending wasn't terrible, It was a little rushed, nothing more. When you say "we" are you talking about all the community that supports Kishimoto-Sensei's work? or are you talking about the less than 200 people out of 7 billion that shows discontent of the ending and do nothing but signing this again and again and again? When you say "Naruto Deserve Better..." Do you mean the manga? the character? the kamaboko used for Oden, Ramen and Nimono? Be a little more specific in that aspect, please.

I'm glad that you posted this. i thought that everyone only cared about the shippings and basically forgot what Naruto was all about. He wanted his village to respect him, he wanted to become a hero and hokage. we got to see him transform into a man. I for one are completely satisfied with how Naruto ended. its okay to not like the ending but don't ban it for everyone else just because you didn't like the parinings. it makes me really sad to see this petition and i don't get why this petition is even here. its like even if kishi changes the ending, are you narusaku fans really gonna forget that kishi chose naruhina first? So it would just be so fake if he decided to do that and really its unfair that he would even have to make these changes just because of a group of fans that didn't like how it ended.
