Going to ruin the charm of Narberth. Best town on the Main Line beginning its descent due to greedy builders and poor Borough Council. Get ready for traffic and construction everywhere.

I moved here nearly 3 years ago largely for the downtown, and for the incredible animation I saw in the community and among the families in the park. Preserving Narberth’s small town character is vital to standing out from the sea of other towns w generic downtowns. If Narberth loses its specialness...we will simply become another “anytown” on the main line...only with smaller backyards. I urge you to challenge existing code and / or negotiate deals that preserve our character and protect “breathing space” in between buildings for families / kids to run around - ensuring that the character of Narberth that attracted our family continues to exist.

Narberth’s charm is rooted in its architecture; this building is completely out of character and scale with the town. Don’t ruin it by sterilizing it. This isn’t Northern Liberties. And no one but developers are eager to see it become that.

Keep downtown Narberth cute and quaint. Glass boxes have no place in our town.

Please amend the code to control the increase in density, and require new development to fit in with existing buildings in form and scale.

Follow the spirit of the town. Redo the zoning code to achieve the goal of early 20th century style and maintain the charm and neighborly feel of this special place. Meanwhile, do everything in our power to have the developer change the design. And no off street parking allowed for the new units.

We value the small town feel of Narberth. This building to increase density will ruin our small town. Any building should fit our town. We are not a metropolis we are Narberth.

Enough!!! And every new construction in this small town is 1,00,000? Who are we kidding. Artificially inflating home prices creating a bubble effect

No increasing the density of this small town with apartment buildings that will be uncharacteristic of the historic architecture that exists

Please no boxes- there are plenty of new build designs out there that echo the Victorian and early 20th c. buildings already in Narberth.
