Narberth enjoys its small town vibe and the buildings as planned don’t say small-town to me. They would better fit in a city, large or small. I’m sure talented architects can come up with a better looking building for our town.

The Narberth Comprehensive Plan begins with a description of the borough as "a unique and charming small town with a strong sense of history and community character." This is indeed true and is the reason that many residents have chosen to live here. We recognize that change is inevitable and that is fine so long as it is change for the better. There is sometimes need to replace buildings but the design must maintain the character of the community.
