The changes being proposed are opportunistic and far beyond what is required to address FUTURE accrual.

Unacceptable proposed change to NAPS by BA that severely effects many of my colleagues. You have my support.

As a BARP member, I find that the proposed changes are severely affecting the junior naps collegues, which isn't fair. I sincerely hope that the initial proposal will be reviewed and changed to avoid such a massive attack on our current T&C's.
BA should offer industry leading pensions, and even the BARP deal still doesn't match that of our colleagues in other UK airlines.

BA’s opening offer is not worth getting worked up over. It’s an insult. Keep safe everyone. Wait until a sensible offer is made and worthy of deliberation. After having heard of your jaw dropping ‘numbers’, NAPS SFO’s you have my support.

Be Fair BA?
Change of pensions is one thing - total and utter destruction is another. Im staring down the barrel of circa £900k reduction - a purely opportunistic money grab.

A simply insulting proposal and offer by an uncaring employer. The impact will be devastating for many, particularly senior P2's. No way BA.
