Dear Mr. Birotte, Mr. Dugdale, Mr. Klein and Ms. Mange:

We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for the hard work and dedication of Honorable Judge Percy Anderson, Agent Jeremy Tarwater,  Mr. Brian Klein, Miss Monica Mange, and all your dedicated staff. We thank you for the countless hours you devoted to bringing Ezri and Hamid to justice. 

We, the victims of the Namvar Family, are signing this petition to ask that you give serious consideration to indicting the co-conspirators. Ezri Namvar and Hamid Tabatabai did not commit these crimes in a vacuum. During the entire time that we did business with Ezri and Hamid , Ezri Namvar, his father Hillel and his brothers represented themselves to us as one “unit.” This is also evident from the lawsuits filed by both bankruptcy trustees against Mr. Namvar’s brothers, sisters, and their spouses, for treating Namco as their personal piggy bank. Our Chief Rabbis, Rabbi David Shofet and Rabbi David Zargari have also stated that the whole Namvar family are responsible for this debt.(Please see the following link for list of witnesses.)

Now that Ezri and Hamid have been found guilty we respectfully ask that an indictment be brought against the rest of the members of the their enterprise. Each day that passes the victims are losing hundreds of thousands of dollars in further legal/interest costs. PLEASE take action now.
