It will be close to impossible to allow all willing taxpayers to participate in the amnesty program within the given timeframe. There are a myriad of unresolved tax issues and NamRA unfortunately does not have the necessary resources or "time" to adequately attend to every requests.

I , all of a sudden did not submitted 2008???. How is this possible? my whole business life is spent resubmitting info because Namra either throws away files or forms or just sit there and do nothing. It is also very bad that we can not talk to anybody over the phone, especially in Windhoek I have submitted a file that I have worked on for 3 months in 2019 and it is just missing in action. sick situation and it is affecting the businesses to a point that it is not worth carrying on.
