I would suggest to consider naming it 'Professor Khaleda Ekram Hall". We already have a student hall named 'Dr. M. A. Rashid Hall', why not keep the designation this time too? Thanks!

I think its appropriate to name the hall after Late Prof.Khaleda Ekram. I would be be happy if she were alive to see her effort being recognized and rewarded. We should keep an eye on other people who are continuously putting sincere effort for the development of BUET and should try to recognize and acknowledge their contribution while they are alive , in service or retired.

Just a point of clarification, as mentioned above, this is regarding a newly designed multistoried hall being planned in the space between the existing ladies hall and the gym by BUET teachers from various departments. It will be a separate building.
