He influenced so many kids to choose the better path in life. He understood me when I was struggling with a teacher and moved me to a different class, which made a huge difference! I decided to get into nonprofit work because of Bill and have thanked him many times over the years for his positive influence on me. He is the one person I think of and thank for making a difference in my young life which affected my later years! He deserves to have a high school named after him AND SO MUCH MORE!

I believe the school should be named after a well known Katy kind human that has continued to being involved in the city of Katy through many fundraisers and events. He has been in most of our lives at one time or another a very well liked human and his legacy should continue by having the Katy School named after him!! It's perfect!
