No, not that Bill Haskett. I'm glad to support one of us getting recognition for something positive.

I spent my first 2 years of high scool at Northbrook High and my last 2 at Katy High. Mr Haskett was my principal at Northbrook. Over the summer, my parents purchased a home in the Katy area. Coincidentally, Mr Haskett moved to Katy as well. He was the only staff member, from Northbrook, with whom I had a good relationship. He helped me transition to Katy, which was suffering from resentment of the huge influx of people into their tight nit and close community. I appreciate the help and guidance from Mr. Haskett at both schools. For all those he’s helped through the years, he deserves a school named after him.

Now Carla Berry Staats- When our Class of 82 Officers left campus for lunch without permission, the way Mr Bill Haskett handled us taught me so much about leadership. We always knew we could trust his kind leadership.

He was principle while I was a student. He could usually be found with a smile on his face and a hello when going by.

Mr Hasket is a good man that respected his students and expected the same from them. I would be proud to see a school named after him.
