About time! The country needs to reckon with its past if we ever want to move forward.
My grandmother was full blooded Cherokee and she taught me so much. We really need this day to honor them.
I hope this actually happens. Thank you for starting this.

ABSOLUTELY. Native American history is US history and it should be treated like that.
