Hadhrat Shaykh Muhammad Naeem Farooqi Naqshbanddi (Daamat Barakaatuhu) form Lahore Pakistan is a Renowned Scholar of Sufi Chain Naqshbandiyyah Mujaddidiyyah. Hadhrat Shaykh had visited the UK many times and delivered the lectures on ethical values. He did't become any security problem during his all visits. Unfortunately he was deported from the UK on 20 Nov 1996 without giving any solid reason. After a correspondence of couple of months the UK Home Office alleged the Shaykh that he is namely involved with Harkat-ul-Ansar (HUA). After 13 years from deprtation the Secretary of State for Home Department has given his personal direction that the shaykh should kept deported. No Right of Appeal was given to him. Recently Asylum & Immigration Tribunal (AIT) allowed his visa appeal but UK Border agency (UKBA) /Home Office saying that detention/deportation order is still in force, so visa can't be issued.
The Shaykh is in his home country and wishes to eliminate / forfend this wrong allegation of UK Home Office.
We know that the shaykh can't even dream of being involved with such organization. So please sign this petition clearing that Hadhrat Shaykh is not involved with HUA and is not a security problem for the UK. In this way we can stick together, Unite and insha-Allah get the Hadhrat Shaykh out of this trouble. JAZAKALLAH.
