We, the undersigned, express our strong objection to the presence of Syed Mansoor Naderi in the United Kingdom. Naderi, a citizen of Afghanistan, is a notorious warlord responsible for the gruesome deaths of dozens of individuals over the past four decades. His recent arrival in London poses a serious threat to the values of justice and human rights.
During his time in power, Naderi led death squads that ruthlessly targeted and killed many of his opponents in Kabul and various provinces of Afghanistan. The terror he instilled has forced countless family members of his victims to flee for their lives, with many now living in Europe. These individuals have suffered immense loss and trauma due to his brutal actions.
Naderi currently faces murder charges in the Prosecutor's Office of Afghanistan, and dozens of victims' families have filed cases against him in the International Criminal Court (ICC). Yet, no court ruling has been made regarding his guilt. Allowing him to remain in the UK not only undermines the fight for justice but also endangers those who have escaped his tyranny.
We urge the British government and security agencies to take immediate action regarding Syed Mansoor Naderi. We condemn the issuance of a visa to him and call for his prompt arrest to ensure he is brought to justice for his heinous crimes.
In support of the victims’ families and in defense of human rights, we stand united in this petition.
