A better NABCO is what we seek. The current condition isn't helping we the trainees.

there must be a change in the NABCO payment system cause its not helping at all

Was nabco implemented to help or to frustrate the youth?? because we are really frustrated! You wake up in the morning thinking about when are they going to pay and which money are you going to use to buy data to clock in or out(this system should have been offline). How do they expect trainees to have sound mind in working and be happy with what we are doing whiles always people are in arrears and delay in payment(2 month of working 1 month pay). Oh Ghana, something needs to be done .
