By now the racist rant by Emma West, 34, New Addington has been viewed by all over the world and has shamed Great Britain as a country. While the racist nature of the vile outburst was bad enough, the majority of us were sickened by her behaviour even more so because she had an innocent baby with her. Many on twitter have speculated that she may have been intoxicated on alcohol or an illegal substance and/or mentally unstable. While there may be debate over whether she should be punished for her rant, this petition is to ensure child protection services investigate whether she is fit and able to look after her child in the circumstances. We do not want another Baby P incident shaming our nation.
