I am absolutely shocked this can happen. How does this not violate antitrust laws of competition?

Monopolies aren't acceptable! Look should have access to all films.

This makes as much sense as the Wright Amendment. May the best theater win the customers, not the one who can best strong arm the distributors.

This if bloody awful. Look cinemas opened first. Even otherwise, these are monopolistic/oligopolistic measures that should be be absolutely illegal. I will choose to not go to AMC just because of this. Look Cinemas is a wonderful setting to watch a great movie (one of the best in Dallas infact) and instead of relying on competition. AMC is forwarding it's predatory practices, this besides the fact that it was AMC who chose to open a theatre well after LOOK was planned. Again me and my friends will boycott AMC just for this practice.

This is an absolute joke! I really hate when large companies like AMC behave this way! It's sad that AMC is afraid of a little competition from a local company. If they can't stand the competition, they need to get the hell out of Dallas 'cause we don't want them here!

I think it is a disgrace that loyal customers of LOOK are FORCED to see certain BlockBuster movies at their large chains. It should always be up to the customer to decide where to spend our money. Instances where certain movies are banned from smaller theatre chains goes against consumer rights. The part that makes it even harder to understand, is that AMC built their location after LOOK Cinemas, but want to demand certain movies. It is extremely unfair!!!

I love going to Look - much better presentation quality AND food - I avoid AMC and its very annoying to have a subpar NON-ATMOS theater BOOKING ATMOS MOVIES OVER LOOK!!!!! Love you LOOK - KEEP IT UP! See you again soon.

I want the freedom to see movies WHERE I want to see them! LOOK provides a far superior viewing experience and it is unfair that they do not get the opportunity to show popular films because of AMC nearby. I am not going to attend AMC instead of LOOK - they are different experiences and audiences.

I should have the right to choose ! AMC is nothing compared to LOOK when it comes to quality and they're scared of that.

Is another 1948-style Paramount consent case brewing ?

I've seen what competition-killing has done to local theatres in my state. Good on LOOK for being smart enough to mobilize folks over this!

Hate to see a good theater prevented from showing some of the biggest blockbusters of the year! This "clearance" practice is not consumer-friendly; I should be able to see a movie I want to watch at my theater of choice!

A 1st Class Theatre Like the LooK should survive and thrive - People if you have not attended this establishment you are missing out on LIFE!

LOOK theaters are the best places to see movies in Texas. Why wouldn't you want your film presented in the best possible way?
