"Neighbors" ...... There is No Such Thing now-a-days ???? I don't think a Family Dogs Life is Worth that of a Chicken and he didn't intentionally "KILL" them they were just injuried while he tried to "PLAY" ???? C'mon now .........

Please save this dogs life, he has a loving family.. Its the nature of animals to hunt other animals..If humans can kill innocent people..why shouldn't animals?

A dog with no other sign or record of aggression should not have to pay the ultimate price for killing chickens. Even if this was not a play accident, dogs can have a prey drive that kicks in. Prey drive towards birds is instinctual, not aggressive. Let the owner give restitution for the neighbors loss, but don't destroy the animal because of a first offense accident. Even my 8 pound Yorkie will go after a chicken. Please understand unless this pit has done something else in the past to Warrant a youth a nation then he should get a pass. It's heartless and cruel what you are going to do just because he went after a chicken. If it were a feral chicken would it have made a difference?

Dogs are family too; yes the dog went into their yard a killed a chicken or maybe even a few but did this family prosecute the neighbor when their chickens invaded their property? NO! The only reason this dog is being sentenced to euthanization is because it is a pit bull. Reverse the decision. Stop murdering people's pets for crap reasons
