I believe Military Working Dogs should be entitled to the same guidlines for a human Veteran interment

These precious animals also fought for our country and saved numerous lives and they have every right to be buried at Arlington.

These dogs deserve the same treatment as their human handlers. They are heros too. If nothing else, they should be given a special area within the cemetery for burial.

I sign this in support of "Stubby"; may he the first to carry this honor of eternal bravery. Remove him from the museum and place him where he should have been laid long ago.

This needs to happen for the heroic American veteran warrior dogs.

MWD have saved many from either getting killed by someone or by an explosion. I think they deserve the honor.

If they served our nation alongside a person serving our nation, they are a veteran and apart of our armed forces. They deserve the same burial rights as humans do.

This is long overdue. I do not understand the resistance and as a veteran I truly believe that if the men and women who are interred at Arlington and other veterans cemeteries could be polled they would be honored to share their resting place with such faithful and dedicated canine service members. These dogs save lives and their service is essential in the successful accomplishment of many vital operations, often under very dangerous circumstances. I am ashamed that the country I served won't recognize that service because we veterans sure as hell do.

They are veterans. They deserve a happy and comfortable retirement and they deserve to be remembered and honored by being buried in Veteran's Cemeteries.

Their sacrifice and love of their brothers and sisters is no less.....maybe more. One of our greatest gifts from our creator are our furry family members.

A retired Colonel, I salute all of our Military Working Dogs. Their sacrifice and service are seldom recognized by us.
