The activity provides a much needed social activity to our young people, based on the Northern Beaches. Surely 5 mins of music between games cannot be causing great distress in the community, the positive culture being created for young people surely has to be considered a benefit. Real world problems….not!

For goodness sake Manly Council - why would you ban a little music between games??? What is wrong with you? Manly Touch on a Friday night provides hundreds and hundreds of local tweens and teens a chance to play a team sport and have fun with their friends. You should be thanking them not making it hard! You can use a little your common sense here - surely?

The music is not hurting any fauna and flora of the area and helps create a sporting fun community minimizing the aggression which can be held by players

The music adds to the atmosphere. Children and teens need structured, organised social places to safely gather. Manly Touch is one of these.
