Unless you bring harsher penalty shot for stolen and abused animals there will be no deterant to stop all this cruelty and theft. The people who do this kid next of thing do not care about these poor animals or the family's who love their pets. Please give the appropriate sentences don't pussy foot around these monsters .

The abuse some of some of theses animals is disgusting and should be taken more seriously. Would you let your child be abused? I think not!

Should be very harsh sentances given,, these animal,Dogs,Cats etc are living breathing, they are family, a part of you, if these horrible things and kidnappings happened to children or people,the sentancing would be a lot stronger, Animals can not speak for themselves, they can not tell you everything what has happened to them !!. They do not deserve to be cruelly treated. Society should be taught moral values again.excuses like was on drugs or drink.. .well more reason to give a double strong sentances,, drugs are illegal !!.Come from broken home, relationship has broken down..More reason to love and care for animals not hurt, injure and kill. Murphy"s Law. YES. !!
