We need a voice for abused and stolen animals. It is not enough for a 2-5 year ban on keeking an animal and a small fine. Beloved pets are part of the family and this should be reflected and taken into account when the courts hand out the punishment!

We need to get this petition into parliament. We need to make them listen to us.we need to help all these poor animals. They cannot speak so we have to do it for them. I see the pain and heartache these owners are going through every single day who have lost their family members. This is a terrible crime which has devastating effects.

utterly disgusting the government are not punishing people for this most distressing of pet related crime! how dare people steal pets and get away with fines. pets are famil and the distress caused is indescribable. good luck Andy and family n getting this law passed. i have lost faith in petitions generally but honestly believe if anyone can get this changed its you guys so signing!!!

Animal abuse is on the increase but even the very few caught and prosecuted get a slap on the wrist. Enough is enough!
