Do not approve this request. It is inappropriate and does not meet master plan. Brcause developers cant make their millions on a property and can't get a rezone request aporoved, why should neighbors have to bear the burden and live with retail instead of residential.

How many more Residential Senior Living units can West Cobb support? This will be across the street from a huge senior community. There are already 4 on Stilesboro Road. No more!

My family does not approve this rezoning. When we moved here it was to enjoy a more rural area, we don't believe the infrastructure supports this.

This property is zoned R-20 and acts as a buffer to adjacent neighborhoods. Rezoning is against the Future Land Use Map. This property should remain R-20.

I was born and raised around this property. It would be a tragedy for it to be destroyed. Other land is available.

All the green left needs to stay. So sick of seeing it all cut down and more of the same being built in its place. Leave the green space!
We don not need more commercial development
