I don't understand how one could do this to such a wonderful teacher and person. I had Mrs Boner when I was in 5th grade I am now 26. I loved her the best teacher.

Mrs boner taught 3 of my children and is to this day one of the best teachers they had. (They are all in their 20's now). She is caring- treats every child as an individual and encourages their individual strengths. Just look at how many students and parents have remained in touch with mrs boner and continually go back and "visit". I will always be thankful for the role she played in the lives of my children.

The evaluation system is totally subjective and should not be allowed to determine who stays or goes. It should be based on tenure period.

She was my teacher 30 years ago when I was an elementary student at Citrus Park elementary. The only reason I remember her 30 years later is because of the lasting impact she had on me as a child. It's hard to fathom that her evaluations were legitimately substandard. I remember not only the lessons in multiplication she provided but also the lessons in life she provided to encourage me how to deal with integrating into American society as an immigrant. Ms. Boner if you are reading this, thank you for your dedication and service from your former student. God bless you!

All three of my kids went to Citrus Park. Mrs Bones is an amazing woman and even more amazing teacher. She is dedicated 100% to those Kids even if they aren't in her class. She always goes above and beyond for Citrus Park. The fact that she is so close to retirement is a shame this Principal wants to let her go. I've seen this before. When the school district wants to weed out teachers they always aim for the ones with seniority... the ones closest to retirement. Shame on that Principal (CHRISTOPHER FONTEYN) and shame on the district if they do this. Mrs Boner has been dedicated to these children most of her life... she should be rewarded-not punished. I Can think of one or two other teachers that arent worth a damn that should have been gone a long time ago. But in all... Majority of the teachers there at Citrus Park are amazing.

Mrs. Boner was my 5th grade teacher in 1994. I remember the names of few teachers at this point but I certainly remember Mrs. Boner! She is my absolute FAVORITE teacher through out my educational career - and I have an MBA so I've had my share of teachers! Mrs. Boner is an icon at Citrus Park, and it would be an injustice to get to force her out her last year.

Mrs Boner is a wonderful person and teacher. My son attended Citrus Park Elementary and was part of the 5th grade pod and loved her. She truly cares about her students and their families. Everyone loves her.

So disappointed in the administration at citrus park elementary. Mrs Boner should be allowed to stay at CPE for her final year after dedicating 30 years plus she's an excellent teacher
