Mrs. Boner is one of the best teachers in the Hillsborough County school system. She loves her students and is always there for them. My daughter was one of her 5th grade students and continues to keep in touch with her year after year. She is currently a junior in college.

As the school secretary, I saw many teachers come and go through the doors of Citrus Park Elementary. Suzanne Boner was one of the BEST! She was always a team player, dedicated, faithful to her job and her students. Her paperwork was always submitted promptly and accurately. She was always an asset to the faculty/staff, being fully cooperative and helpful. Our office staff admired Suzanne with her loyalty, manners, family values, friendliness and rapport with her students.......making her a wonderful role model for the children. She made an effort to stay updated with current curriculum and teaching techniques in order to enhance the education of her students. She always had a smooth running classroom and worked overtime to assure that. For the sake of her dedication to the community and her former students, I feel Suzanne should be able to retire from Citrus Park Elementary......a school to which she has given so much and has contributed so many special memories. Suzanne has made an impact on everyone who knows her. She is a forever part of Citrus Park and should be remembered on her last day as a teacher there as she enters a well deserved retirement. ~ Florence McKay

Ms Boner is a great teacher! She should stay at CP her last year. To make her move is awful! The principal should not make this decision!

Mrs. Boner is one of the best teachers and most dedicated to the children as a whole, but even more to the individual child and their needs. Examples that I personally witnessed range from a young boy with ADD that she worked extra time with because he could not grasp the math concepts, to a young girl who needed more challenges to as the normal work for the grade was not as fulfilling as she needed, and every single child's need in between. This Principal is the one who should be evaluated with his methods, and his goals, for he most surely does not have the students of her class and their needs in mind with his plans.

A phenomenal teacher whom I had the pleasure of being her student when I was in the fifth grade. She has been an anchor at citrus Park elementary and it is truly a role model. She has taught & influenced so many students! She deserves to continue teaching her last year with dignity.

If any teacher deserves their job it is Mrs. Boner. She has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for her students. I had her 12 years ago and still use things she taught me. She teaches students how to be good people, good citizens, to use manners on top of making sure we excel in our education.
